Delicious Morning at Sugar Republic

Sugar Republic - a pop up museum dedicated to all things sweet has arrived in Melbourne this winter. Step inside rooms full of colours and sweets, relive your childhood. this place is instagrammers’ ‘heaven’.

Located at 379 Smith Street, Fitzroy, this pop up museum was possibly one of Melbourne's most popular spots for instagrammers this winter. The old warehouse were converted to 14 colourful sensory stations, where you could climb into a life-size gumball machine filled with balloons, stand on a giant birthday cake, swim in a pink ball pit and many more.  Keep scrolling to see some of the stations.

We were greeted with friendly bubbly staff. Through the museum, we were treated to delectable treats - lots of lollies, cakes, candy floss and soft serve at the end. The staff were great with crowd control, making sure we all had our 'fair' share at each station to take photos and have fun. This was a place for the adults to relive their childhood all over again.

The only downside was lack of bathroom in the building, the ticket did not allow you to re-enter the venue. This pop up museum is only open in Melbourne till 17 August. Tickets need to be purchased in advanced online. http://www.sugarrepublic.com.au/
